This product is a total value for money. I was able to make my gym game more powerful. Sometimes it felt like the weight wasn't that heavy lol.The results were super duper amazing.I generally use it as a pre workout and it is enhancing my performance too much.My bench was 75 now it is 95 also squat got increased from 80 to 110. Very nice. First of all it is not much expensive. It gives a good amount of energy for workout. Gives good amount of pump to muscles. Very good product.

Complete waste of money. There are insoluble crystals at the base no matter how long you mix it. Don't go for it.

After leaving for a month, loses its misciblity and gets rigid. Definitely, a fake product !
