I bought this protection plan in the past for my son's video game controller. One of the buttons stopped working and I filed my claim, returned the controller and got reimbursed for what I paid for the controller. Now I get this coverage for all electronics that I buy from Amazon especially the more pricey things. The protection plan is really cheap and definitely worth it.

I always buy Asurion when I buy electronic gadgets. I have used their protection plan in the past when an item I purchased an item and the process was absolutely a breeze to use. They provided a postage free label to return the item and credited my Amazon account as soon as they received the item back. Customer service was friendly too! I highly recommend!

The cost of the product has doubled, so asurion does not cover the cost of a new product only half of the cost of another new one. This is definitely not like a replacement. Very disappointed.
