Sensor Armband Holder/Protector Compatible with Freestyle Libre 1/2 - Black

Recently been fitted with Libre 2 and get my pump in July. Diabetes is all very new to me and was diagnosed Type 1 less than 8 months ago and so getting the Libre 2 added extra stress. I was worried that it might detach from arm as I sweat a lot, even in a cold winter so to be honest, that was my initial reason for purchasing this. Now I'm on my 2nd sensor having changed it 4 days ago, I ain't worried as much about it falling off now in this hell heat.That being said, this armband not only provides the support the sensor could do with but it's comfortable, it's discreet and I forget I have it on. The only way I remember is when I shower where you see it's there when removing shirt.If you suffer from anxiety like myself as explained with my fear of it coming off, this is for you. It took care of those fears and gives you that piece of mind.

Very comfortable and keeps sensor secure

I have had a couple of sensors come out accidentally so have been using sticky patches to cover my libra2. They work really well but I decided to give this a try as most patches start to come away after about a week. Firstly it is very comfortable. I dont feel it when i am asleep, so If you are allergic to patches or find they dont stick well then this is a good replacement. However i do find i have to be more aware of the sensor when removing my top. A patch seems to smooth out the edges allowing tshirts to glide over it. The band has all the same problems as the sensor with getting caught with clothes but makes it more secure against the sensor coming out. This works really well and would be happy continuing wearing it but for me, the ease of sticking a patch over the sensor once a week and forgetting about it means i will continue with those.

This is an absolutely fantastic bit of kit. It's very easy to adjust and extremely comfortable to the point that I completely forget I'm wearing it.It fits the sensor exactly and holds it securely in place when it loses its stick and is at risk of coming off. I've also had far few reading errors since I got it, that could be to due to the fact its more securely fastened or maybe its a coincidence.Definitely worth buying

Does not deserve 1 star!! It’s a cheap piece of elastic, not even tight enough to stay fixed when on your arm unless your CGM is held on with super glue.£10 for a piece of tat I’m afraid… and a bag of Haribo sent with the order doesn’t help change your mind.Will be returning unless it goes in the bin first.

This device is amazing and very comfortable to wear you don't know its there and it keeps the sensor safe wish I'd have found it sooner many thanks to the seller.
