Water resistance is tested in measurements of atmosphere (ATM). Each ATM denotes 10 meters of static water-pressure. This is not the depth to which a watch can be worn. Many watch cases will list the basic measurement of 1 ATM as "water-resistant." These watches will withstand small splashes of water but should not be worn while washing the hands or submerging the hands in water. Remember, water resistance is tested under static conditions. Wearing a watch which is 50 metres water resistant in water will expose the watch to a much greater pressure than during a 50 metre static test. Therefore the number of metres shown on the watch does not indicate the depth that the watch can be taken to. Here is a general guide 50M = 5ATM = Shower Proof - it's ok to get it wet a bit. 100M = 10ATM = Extended Water Exposure good for swimming or snorkeling. 200M = 20ATM = Pressure Resistant made for Scuba and Skin Diving.

Just the job
For many years I have been the proud owner of a Gucci watch, a gift, but now in my 80s I struggle to pay the cost of renewing the battery and having the watch cleaned by the company. I needed a good looking, clear-faced watch at minimum cost. Only amazon had the wide selection I was seeking. The SKMEI met the need on every count - very good looking face, excellent leather strap - and at such a reasonable price. having worn it each day for the past 5 weeks I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

It fits!
The battery went on my solid gold watch. We don't have a jeweller in Builth Wells, nor is there one nearby. The straps on replacement watches were too small for me, but men's watch straps do fit, so I went for a man's watch. Also, I am of an age when I need a bigger face to see it.

Hello I was just looking for a watch just to wear around the house and out to the shops basically for everyday use I saw this watch and I was very happy when it arrived this was an absolute bargain and I must say it is working very well I am very pleased with this product

I bought this for my dad who has sight problems. It has a good big face and is slim. Looks really good and he is pleased with it. Definitely worth buying. Very quick delivery too

Size
When I ordered small mens,I was hoping fora watch that fitted my thin arms. Otherwise I am pleased with the watch.

Nice watch
Nice watch. I use this for work and it fits and look great. Its not a slender as I thought it might be but it better than most on the market that feel like your carrying a lump of lead on your arm.
