Excellent for 8 year old with super long hair.
Originally brought the medium size but it was too baggy for my 8 year olds head. She didnt like how loose it was. So returned back for a refund and purchased the small size instead. This size is PERFECT for an 8 year old with waist length thick hair. Easy to get on. Enough space for her main of hair and is much more comfortable than a traditional waterproof swim hat. She is really delighted she can now go swimming and have dry hair again rather than using her old fabric hat.

Childs Thick & Long hair now 100% dry after swimming
Never done a product review before, but just had to for this swimming hat. bought this hat in a medium for my 9 year old daughter, who has really thick hair to her waist... did lots of research and read lots of reviews on swimming hats, as previously no matter what her hair got wet or the hat was impossible to keep on due to the thickness and lengthy of hair that she has..... she found this hat much easier to put on than previous swimming hats ... and the best bit of all, after coming out of the swimming pool her hair was COMPLETELY dry.... amazing. It's the 1st time this has ever happened. Coming out of the pool previously with wet hair and having to wash and dry it, especially in the winter/cold weather was really putting her off going swimming... but both she and I are super delighted with this swimming hat.... without a shadow of a doubt we will definitely 100% be purchasing another ......

Keeps hair dry under water
I'm really impressed with this cap. I was looking for one to keep my daughter's hair dry as dry as possible as she has a gymnastics class straight after swimming and was having to do it with soaking wet hair. I searched for ages but most reviews said they don't keep hair dry, especially with long hair and hers is literally down to her bum. I put her hair in a plait first. It was still a little bit awkward to get on but after wearing this, she only had a tiny bit of damp on the edges and rest of her hair was kept perfectly dry. She goes completely under the water as well. Brilliant!

Flexible’ good for long hair ‘ small size perfect for 4 year old.
I finally ordered this cap after reading its reviews’ today i got it for my 4 year old girl who having long hair uptill her lower back ‘I ordered size small and i am glad it perfectly fit ‘ its not to tighten not too boggy .I am satisfied with this item as i know putting swimming cap is unpleasant for kids as its ouchy.But i like this cap .

Awful
This is one of my worst purchases from the amazon site. The swimming cap was obviously worn before and had lots of hairs inside and around it. I’m an extremely disappointed to say the least.

This one is great. Went through many caps. Even adults for my daughter. Finally this one is it. Hair in, no screaming because of hair pulling, stays on the whole lesson. We are happy

The cap just torn in less than 10 uses
It did the job of keeping my daugter’s long hair dry but the cap just torn in less than 10 uses . We never have this problem with other swim caps ( which we used every week for more than a year ) we bought before .
