I purchased this wedge pillow, which is very firm, for an upcoming surgery on my shoulder. I have tried it out, to get used to it, and find it very comfortable and just as described. It comes with a pillow cover that can be gently laundered, when necessary (the pillow can only be spot cleaned and air dried) which would be expected as it is made of dense foam. The bottom of the cloth pillow case has little nubs that hold the pillow in place, but its weight alone also serves that purpose - it is dense. I’ve had no issues and am glad to have the option to have a 12 inch incline on my side of the bad (much like a hospital bed) when I will need it. Your personal pillow(s) can still be placed on top as needed.

Im a bigger guy. 6" before this was sitting at 309. I got this because the dr said I needed to have my legs propped up after the accident to help drain off fluid. I tried pillows and the recliner didn't recline enough so I bought this. I was worried because I saw a couple other bigger fellas reviews and felt uncertain but I got it. I'm very glad I did. It's got memory foam or something in it and is soft but firm enough to not let my legs sink in it but soft enough I can sleep with my legs on it and it doesn't hurt in the morning. If for whatever reason I had to buy another I would buy this one. And the cover comes off for easy washing.

I did not use it for apnea (I have a cpap for that).But I did use it after shoulder surgery and it was supportive for me.Helped me not to move around too much and disturb the more sensitive area.The cover can be removed and cleaned (I'd use cold water and gentle soap and cycle).Wife used it for an post orthopedic surgery (foot) to help support the leg - and also turned it around to use as a sitting up in bed support.So it was versatile for us.But is is a bit big, so make sure you have enough room to use it.

I have not heard my husband snoring hardly at all now! And he said he has been waking up feeling so good and refreshed and hasn’t felt that way in years. And I truly believe it’s because he is getting enough oxygen now to his brain and it has controlled his sleep apnea/snoring issues. Will be probably ordering one for myself now for my sinus issues when I sleep. However I do sleep more on my side and half stomach/side so not sure if this would work for me like him. But glad I finally purchased for him!

I had to buy one that was about 3 inches lower than the first one I bought because I have an adjustable bed and it doesn't lay completely flat. It's made that way. I kept sliding down toward the foot of the bed because of the height of the wedge!😂 This one is the perfect size and supports my back so much better! No more sliding down to the foot of my bed! Worth every penny!

I have tried different pillows and nothing worked. I thought what do I have to lose when I saw this. To say I was skeptical of the results, is an understatement!!But I was pleasantly surprised when after 1 night, I woke with NO BACK PAIN! I will say that the first night took me a while to get to sleep because it was different but once I did, I slept well and woke with no pain…which surprised the heck out of me because you do lay at an angle! It’s sturdy and the memory foam side is perfect. The size is really nice as well. I just wish it came with a pillow case!

Love this. At first I had my doubts when I took it out of the package and even when it expanded. I didn't want to knock it until I tried it. So I put it up against the wall on my bed and it was sooooo comfortable. I now come home from work on a friday, pull this thing out relax on my bed with a cold beer and a good movie or a game. Definitely worth the money.

High quality and well made! Unfortunately I am6’6” tall and this one doesn’t fit my legs. I haveput another pillow down under my thighs . Ido not recommend if you are tall.I only have one complaint and that is the wedge slideson the bed sheets! I bought this for bi-lateral kneereplacement surgery and as you know you areconstantly bending those knees to work themand you need the pillow to stay put and notslide away from you! It’s a battle added to a huge battledo if you’re buying it for TKA don’t do it unlessyou have a way to keep it from sliding away from you!Other than that I’m sure it is perfect for sitting back against itor whatever else you’re needs are just not knee rehab!
