This is a pretty darn good scooter. I'm a BIG dude .. 6 foot over 300 lbs and it's able to zip me about. I went with the bigger motor scooter with the longer range in hopes that it will be able to keep up with my wife's smaller electric scooter. Blows her's away. Does a pretty good job on hills even with me on it. I replaced the intertube wheels with solid wheels because changing a tire on any scooter is a pain and I didn't notice a difference in speed. Good price and good for bigger guys.

Update: Customer Service is shifty. The scooter broke down within a couple of months and CS sent a "new" one only after I posted 5 star reviews. The new scooter came with an error message and was unrevealed. After some troubleshooting, I asked for a refund. They offered to send me a new C3 ebike instead. After waiting for the bike's release, I contacted them for an update. They wanted me to buy the bike, leave 5 star reviews and then they would refund the money for it. I wasn't willing to put more money into this company. So I asked for refund for scooter instead. Now they want me to pay to ship the 40 lb scooter across country before getting my refund. They have yet to respond to my final plea of sending me prepaid shipping labels. Im done with them. Though they are responsive, CS is not helpful and there are too many hoops to jump through if you have any issues. I no longer recommend Gyroor products.This scooter is so much fun! Its easy to use and take with me camping. Recommended 1000%

I like the 3 speeds and the cruise feature while riding.Stops on a dime.Complete charge within 3 to 5 hours. Very Pleased with Customer Support

Pros (in order of importance):-High and wide handlebars, it doesn’t feel like a toy like others in it’s price range since it’s clearly made for adults.-Air tires are a must have, it’s just better than the suspension ones in its price range. I couldn’t pop the tires off road and even if they did it comes with 2 extra tubes-one brake lever operates both brakes and the brake light, stops much faster than ones with 2 separate brake switches.-Actually has 20 miles of range and charges fast-~18-19mph top speed and very good acceleration-It’s one of the best looking scooters I’ve seen, nice taillight too-works well on hills-it doesn’t rattle, it’s really quiet-comes with a good phone holder if you don’t have a big caseCons (in order of annoyance)-it doesn’t save the speed mode you where last on when you turn it off, you have to push the button twice to switch into fast mode every time-not the best folding design and the top handlebar screws tend to need tightening occasionally-screen is really dim-No app to lock it-headlight would be better if it were higher and a bit brighter

The scooter is a good electric scooter. The range and price are competitive. Unlike other Amazon seller's electric scooters, my product arrived with no defects or quality assurance issues. Largest downsides and reasons for not giving 5 stars are the extreme difficultly to service the product (requires taking scooter to a bike/scooter repair-person who knows what they are doing to change a tire) and literally dozens of minor English mistakes throughout customer communication and in their user manual. The product is good, but you are absolutely on your own for keeping it working.Edit. Dropped rating to 3 stars when I have trouble replacing the tube in the back wheel. Servicing this product is difficult to the point where I decided to return. I am not a fan of air filled tires since maintenance was clearly not a priority for the designers.

I bought this scooter after buying the best one target had to offer and was extremely disappointed. The Jetson element pro was only 250 hp and was slow as hell. It also had a faulty folding mechanism, the handlebars kept collapsing while I was riding and never stayed locked when unfolded. So I returned that piece of crap and researched until I found this Gryoor scooter. And for only a hundred bucks more than the Jetson I got a WAY better scooter. Twice the speed (and I’m 200lbs) and a battery that lasts all day, I’m loving the Gryoor scooter and planning on getting another one soon!

Very disappointed with this product.. out of the box the both scooters I purchased had lifting rubber on platform. Bell fell off first ride. Handel bars continue to loosen after every ride causing my son to crash after 2 screws fell out. The necks of the scooters are very loose, feels like its going to break in half. Attempted to tighten with no luck. I will be attempting to return these items. DO NOT BUY

Would like to give this a positive review. Looks well made. Mine arrived without a charger hardware instructions or spare tubes. Trying to resolve issue at this point
