It took me the longest time to figure out what the scent of this shampoo reminded me of and I finally realized it’s blue raspberry! Makes me nostalgic thinking about the blue raspberry Slurpees I got from 7 Eleven as a kid.Unfortunately the smell does not last very long after washing, but it does lather well even when diluted, does a great job of cleaning the dogs’ coats without drying them out, and works as a lightener on white coats.This will definitely be my go-to all around dog shampoo for the foreseeable future.

As a dog groomer I needed a big gallon of whitener instead of little bottles. This works great, love using it on my white dogs.

We have a cream and apricot standard poodle. We live in the red dust part of California. Our dog loves to romp in the back yard and at a certain point, you can't see what's his natural color and what's just the yard he's wearing. He generally gets a bath at least once a week and I have tried 4 or 5 different shampoos, looking for one that would get him clean without making him smell froofy. This is it!!You can see what I'm talking about in the photos. In one, Obi hasn't had a bath in 10 days, while we were away and he was at "summer camp" with other dogs. He had a blast and came home nearly one color. In the other, he's just had a bath with Bright Magic.I dilute the 17 oz size about 21:1 by making a mark about 1/4" from the bottom of a 5.5" plastic straight-sided bottle. I put shampoo to the mark, then fill with water and shake gently. You could dilute more, or less... and doing it by measuring works with any straight-sided bottle, so you could 1/2" shampoo in a 10" bottle.. I find that it takes a lot of water to saturate my dog, so diluting this much means he doesn't have to be thoroughly soaked before I apply it and the soap helps get him evenly wet.I like that it's purple, because I can SEE where it is on Obiwan and where I've missed. My goal is to get him purple everywhere while I'm washing him. On rinsing, his white parts are the right color, not dirt-tinged white. You don't have to be careful about how long you leave it before you rinse, either -- t's not going to bleach your dog.The scent is definitely cherry while Obiwan is wet, but virtually disappears when he's dry, and he never smells like a society matron whose nose doesn't work.

I’m a professional groomer and have tried several different whitening shampoos and have found that this is the best so far. I absolutely love the scent (grape, maybe) and it gives a good lather. Helps with yellow tones, but also gets the coat nice and clean. Highly recommend.

I already have several of their products. They never fail to make my Australian Shepherd look and feel amazing.I had my dog boarding at his trainers for a few days. While he was there he got more messy than usual. So I figured it was time to invest into some whitening shampoo. It works wonderfully.

I’ll come back and post a pic. I’ve tried so many “brightening” shampoos that don’t come close to this one. If I use it twice a s leave it on for a couple minutes, it’s so fluffy and shines!

I HAVE 3 MALTESE AND ALSO IN THE MALTESE RESCUE AND THIS IS THE BEST SHAMPOO FOR KEEPING ALL OF THEM BEAUTIFULLY WHITE AND THE BEST PART IT'S TEARLESS IF YOU MIX IT AS DIRECTED BUT IT DOESN'T TELL YOU THE DIRECTIONS SO I JUST MIX HALF AND HALF WITH WATER AND USE A SPRAY BOTTLE BUT I ALSO USE THIS EYE STUFF I FOUND THAT I PUT A DROP IN EACH EYE BEFORE BATH TIME AND IT WON'T STING THEIR EYES AND THEY DON'T GET RED EYES FROM IRRATATION LIKE OTHER SHAMPOOS. I BUY IT OFTEN BEFORE I RUN OUT.

Smells good out of the bottle but scent doesn't last. I have purchased other scents from same company and they last much better.

I got the shampoo and conditioner for my large dogs (3 short hair, 2 double coat). I dilute the shampoos in spray bottles (with warm water). It's easy to spray out and foams nicely when being washed in. For both coat types it works well and helps to get all of the dirt out. The bottle also lasts a long time (haven't even used half yet and we wash them once a month at least). Should last about a year. The dogs are much cleaner feeling, are shiny and smell nice (without the scent being too strong). Will buy again.

Comes out so thick and doesn't really break down well in water. Used alot for one simply bath of my dog. Large bottle will give me 4 baths. That's expensive. I'll look for another option next.
