Very nice
The brand I normally buy was no longer available so I tried this one and I'm glad I did. The quality and flavor is outstanding. I will definitely buy this again when I need to restock.

My secret ingredient to great vegetables
Similar to aged balsamic, just a few splashes of this on grilled vegetables takes them from just ok to awesomely delicious .

A Good Kitchen Condiment
I have been aware of saba for some time now, but I was put off by the cost, until I found it more reasonably priced on Amazon, so I ordered it. Saba is cooked grape must, but unlike balsamic vinegar it is not aged. Over time I have not been all that keen on balsamic, at least the ones on the market shelves because it is so sweet. Saba is lighter and less sweet, so I will use it more often. A fine discovery.

Yummy and sweet
Very good stuff. I put it on vanilla custard and also as a steak sauce. A million uses. Yummy. Not as complex as other brands and a bit sweeter..still no complaints

It’s good enough
This is a manufactured product made thicker quickly rather than over years like aged balsamic vinegar. It’s a precursor to making balsamic so the flavor profile is similar at a fraction of the price. It’s good anywhere balsamic vinegar works- especially if you’re looking for something a bit syrupy.
