Good and Bad w/pics
The miniatures that come in this set are fairly decent quality and the paint jobs are -generally- okay. Some paint jobs were definitely better than others, with some eyes being painted on very strangely or equipment being somewhat bent. Many of these miniatures already come attached to a base, but some of them did not, and it's extremely difficult if not impossible to easily attach the miniatures that aren't in their bases yet. Some miniatures came with bases and a plastic stick to insert both into the mini and the base, however none of them have been able to fit into those slots and I'm going to likely have to make some incisions and get some glue to workshop them into place. That being said on the flip side I was really pleased with the hobgoblins, goblins, roper, mind flayer, and human or humanoid miniature quality overall. The math essentially boils down to -around- $3 per miniature once everything is factored in, and overall even though there were some issues I still think it was ultimately worth the pricing.

... bought about four bricks so far and I do like having the painted miniatures for our games
I've bought about four bricks so far and I do like having the painted miniatures for our games. The paint quality is good, but not spectacular, and the creatures are nice sculpts - some really superior. There are some problems: two of the four bricks each shorted me one small character, so on my small sample size that's a 1.5% chance of a missing miniature. Unless I'm mistaken, each box is supposed to come with 3 smalls and one big. I've received about 3 warped or bent miniatures per brick. I've received an average of one broken item per brick, so that's about a 3% chance of receiving a broken item based on my small sample size. And I've broken three of the flying creature plastic clear poles myself while trying to assemble. I've not yet improved, having broken another one in this set of bricks that arrived today. They have a very snug fit and too often require uncomfortable pressure. It's also worth noting that there is sometimes a beveled end that lines up with the hole in the creature. But its not always a great fit and the poles are very brittle. On my next set where there isn't a nice fit (some snap together easily), I'm going to gently set them in the hole with super glue. I'd say enjoy your mini unboxing, but to just be ready for some disappointments: missing miniatures, broken miniatures, bent miniatures, and flying creature poles that are not well fitting.

Wonderful fun!
I got the full brick, packed nice with no broken minis. A different large in each, even a couple rare plus only a couple doubles for the small ones. Which since most kobolds, goblins and the like always have more then one show up, they will work great.

Those that aren’t broken are great
I love wizkids and the products they provide and I do realize that not every box can be perfect. That being said I was upset when I got the bundle to find that two of the boxes rattled. Upon opening them I found that the stands for the two minis pictures had been broken. I was most upset about the chasme considering it was on that I was really hoping to get from the box. I will try to repair them but I would rather not have to repair brand new items.

Good, but with problems
The miniatures are good for the most part, but before buying you should be aware that some of the figures are very fragile. I had a Chasme and Nightmare that came in sealed booster packs broken off of the stand and while trying to assemble a shadow demon the plastic piece that holds it together snapped. I managed to fix all three, but with the large number of flying creatures in the set I'd be aware of this issue. As a recommendation I'd press the figures lightly into the stands and then superglue them together.

Got a lot of cool miniatures
Considering it's difficult to get your hands on the miniatures for this set in general, buying this a brick is a pretty good deal. Disappointed that I didn't get a beholder, but I did get a nalfeshnee demon, which is just as rare, along with a lot of other good minis. A couple came broken off their stands, but super glue immediately fixed that issue. I was a little frustrated when I got 4 duplicates, including a duplicate of a large, but that's not such a big deal when running a campaign. This is the first brick I've bought, and overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Quality Painted Minis to Enhance Your Game
I have bought at least half dozen bricks (8 packs) of the Icons of the Realms minis. This one is as good as the rest in overall quality though variety sometimes lacks and multiple repeats are possible. Despite my glee at receiving a Beholder in this booster brick, the base and base stem were missing. Yet another base for a Vrock Demon had pegs in the base that were too large for the stem insert provided causing it to split.Despite base issues I was still happy overall with this booster brick and find the issues a first among all Icons of the Realms brick boosters purchased.
