Easier to keep clean than a full size unit.
I have used Waterpiks for over a decade.Though the motors last for ever, I end up replacing the unit every so often, not knowing what's built up inside.I've learned to drain the unit completely after each use and shake it upside down, to prevent mold. And here comes along a smaller device, made by an unknown compared to Waterpik. After using it for a week, I can say that its design intended for travel is also the most hygienic for everyday use.Being able to detach the tubing allows it to be drained completely - unlike with the Waterpik.Straighten the coil and all water drips out.The base's smaller, rectangular shape without nooks and crannies is also easier to clean. Its irrigation is similar to the Waterpik. My choppers can't' feel any difference. The pressure is very strong, and the lowest setting is enough for me.Sometimes it takes a new player to improve the same old. Job well done!

Fantastic dental product
I was not sure what to expect. The reviews were very good. Many of the other travel hand helds had the same negative comments, small water reservoir (3 to 5 Oz) low pressure and could only be used in an upright position. This little jewel has a 10 Oz reservoir, can be held in any direction and is very similar to a true waterpik only smaller. The compact size, multiple heads and used without the need to plug in are all positives. My wife and I have used this with great success. The pressure is very good even on the lowest setting. You could even use this as your home waterflosser. We have a older waterpik with a 30 Oz fill for home use. This is a fantastic dental product for the price. This is an update. We dropped the unit and it stopped working. I decided that I may as well open it up and see if I could fix it. I removed the four screws from the bottom. Very simple design. The on off switch contact points appeared burnt so I used a little nail file and ruffed them up a bit. It works fine again. My wife and I use it every day. Our large waterpik finally gave out so this is all we use. We travel alot and like this unit.

EASY TO ASSEMBLE AND PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS
I couldn't ask for a simpler product to use. I'm visually impaired, and while I have OCR software that works to scan some manuals into a computer so I can read them, it doesn't work for all manuals, so I often try to figure out how to use things before I try to fuss with a manual I may or may not be able to read. Looking at the different picks, the unit itself and the reservoir, it was a bit confusing at first how everything fit together, but it wasn't difficult once I started putting things where I thought they'd go. Everything was easy to figure out, even for me, so that's definitely a plush.I recently had a good report at the dentist, which even though I brush and floss and I should, doesn't happen often for me. A lot of buildup usually has to be scraped off at every cleaning, which I have done every 6 months. This time, there was no scraping, so I figured whatever I was doing, I must be doing it right. Then it was suggested that I start using a water pick to make things even better. After looking around, I chose this one, and I'm glad I did. I expect another good report next time, and maybe now that can be the norm instead of the exception. So far, very pleased.

Does the job but some design flaws.
I wish Waterpick still made this style of portable flosser. It does have good power, a decent sized reservoir,I like the perio tip, but the design is a bit whacky. What the instructions call the front is actually the back. That's where the charging port is. And the water line. And the on/off switch. It's very light when empty so this is a 2 handed job because as the water goes down, it gets much lighter in weight and pulls the machine into the sink. Also, although there is a bump on the back where one would assume you could attach the handle with the water line when not in use, but there is no opening on the handle bottom to attach it so it sits in the empty cup. And the charging cable falls out of the charging port incredibly easily. So don't even breathe on it while it's charging. It has held a charge for 5 days now and I use it a lot so that's a plus. I just wish it were more stable, that the charger stayed in the port and the off/on button wasn't on the back of the machine. Still liked it enough to buy a 2nd one to replace the big honking ones I have that are designed for permanent bathroom use. Takes up a lot less room but still a 2 handed job to use. Hope it lasts more than a few months.
