NADH 20 mg - 90 Vegetarian Capsules - Reduced Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Supplement

I have chronic fatigue synd, and have run the gamut on supplements to increase energy. I used to take NADH before it became too expensive for me to continue, then I found Monoherb (from UK) that offers an affordable option. This brand does support my energy levels, if I take it 4XD-- q 3hours @ 9, 12, 3, 6. I don't take it after 6p, else it'll interfere with sleep at 9:30p. On a 1 to 10 scale, my CFS is now 8.5, so that's why I need 20 mg 4XD. It took a couple weeks before I could start to notice any effect, then it was a good three weeks before I felt a significant effect. I like that this brand comes in capsule form that's easy to swallow, and I prefer it over the usual sublingual form of NADH. Would recommend Monoherb NADH for effective & affordable energy support.

I've used a few different brands of NADH over the past 30 years to help my energy level (CFS/ME) ... started w/ the original tiny white tablets I could swallow dry if necessary. They were $1/tablet then, for just 5mg! Took 5/day ... it was early in my illness and I struggled to get out of bed most days.I take 2 of these 20mg caps along w/ another brand of 10mg + 200mg of D-ribose (usually 3 caps). Every now and then, I know no matter how much I take, they won't help, so I take just a small dose of one or the other (don't want to waste them, but don't want a zombie brain, either).I docked points for the price. Those of us most in need of such a supplement probably don't have an income like we did before getting sick -- I sure don't. But I've been able to recover quite a lot over the years, and NADH really does improve my functioning enough to keep taking, despite the expense.

This is my second bottle with the same issue. 'I DO' store in a cool, dry, place, yet the Flax in the formula appears to become rancid quite easily, or maybe old before shipment. I only know the fumes and flavor become terrible and concerning within a couple weeks of opening the bottle.This is the second bottle I've had to discard. I will not purchase again...

Everything as advertised. I am taking this supplement because I believe I've suffered from chronic fatigue symptoms for years and found research suggesting this supplement along with acetyl l-carnitine and coenzyme Q10 may be able to help counter the symptoms. So far it has been working for me better than I would have hoped for. I only wish I had known about this product being helpful for people like me years ago. Big thank you to the manufacturer!
