Sales and marketing alignment is far from a solved problem. We talk about it as an industry, but we all could use an action plan to make it real. Jeff Davis wrote a terrific book on the topic that explores the reason why this needs to be a priority. And critically it has an approach to make it happen. Definitely check it out, it's a great read.

Jeff writes with deep knowledge and authority about the benefits of aligning sales and marketing against common KPIs, meeting B2B buyer expectation and driving revenue growth in the modern age.If you're looking to bone on alignment, this book is an excellent primer.
