We needed a new rice bag and this set looked perfect. The two larger ones are essentially the same size but one does come with a longer strap so you can wrap it around your shoulder. I didn't red the description well enough though and I thought the eye bag was also filled with rice. I get sinus headaches and I wanted a rice bag to bring heat and relief to around my eye area. You cannot heat the eye wrap. It can only be frozen. That is the only disappointment I have but it was from my own fault of not carefully reading about the product. The products are well made and the look nice. The large ones heat up well and cool nicely. My husband likes the one with the longer strap that he can use for his dislocated shoulder pain. Overall it was a good purchase.

I absolutely love these heating pads. I suffer from multiple slipped discs in my lower back and a neck that cramps regularly. These are the best heating pads because you can heat them up and then wear them around the house. The neck pad just drapes around your neck, but it's long enough to stay in place. The back pad has an elastic belt with a Velcro closure that keeps the whole pad firmly in place. These have provided me more relief than just about anything else.

Very nice gift for chemotherapy patient. I will say that the lavender smell was extremely strong when first opening it. Not sure if that was going to be difficult for the person I ordered it for her since she was going through chemotherapy and everything made her nauseous. So I aired them out a couple days before I gave them to her, and she absolutely loved them! The eye mask is weighted, and feels absolutely wonderful. Still smells of lavender six months later, but not overpowering the material is very soft and easy to clean as well. She still says this is one of the best and most thoughtful gifts she has received while going through this difficult time. Quick shipping and nice packaging.

These retain heat well but the lavender is overpowering and they are so sectioned off that the beads can't move enough for it to have enough give to use comfortably.

I've used this product for years. Had a five year gap trying to find them again. So glad I have. Items are high quality overall. Covers are well sewn. Both large packs heat well AND hold the heat for 50-60 minutes. Haven't used the eye pack yet but it has a wonderful lavender fragrance and should do well as a cold pack. If you want a natural, non electric heat pack, try these. I know from prior experience with the brand that the covers launder well. Very high recommendation for Hot Pockets !!! Love them, So glad I found them.

Since we started working at home we found that our home computer set up was not as good as ours at work for long-term sitting. The velcro-closed wraparound pad for the lower back is particularly good for my wife as she has started standing at her laptop. These are all quite nice, although we wish the eye/forehead one could be used for heat--it's rated for cold only.

They heat in the microwave perfectly and feel so good!

The rice heating pockets are exactly as described. I love the weight of them and how long they hold the temperature. The lavender smell was also nice and not overwhelming. They are amazing for on the go and for my chronic pain. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking.

These are comfortable bags that heat up quickly in the microwave and keep the heat for while.I like lavender, especially when I have a headache but the scent is so strong that my eyes water. You can't wash this so there is no way to get rid of the smell. Just hope it weakens over time to get to where I could use it

Too much lavender especially with the one fir the eyes. Because of my sensitivity to smell i can’t use this product. The one for the back should have a adjustable band and the one for the eyes the elastic is so filmsly that there is nothing to do but cut it in half and tie it behind the head. Would never recommend this product unless it was reinvented.

They smell so nice and relaxing. the frustrating part is that they need to be more contoured for specific areas and be be bigger. they look like they will be big enough, but when in use u can see the shortfall in the sizes.
