Rambo First Blood Part Ii Knife

This is the Officially Licensed RAMBO II MC-RB2 Officially Licensed First Blood Part II...Not the signature version. It is an awesome and impressive knife. It was very sharp out of the box, however the blade was angled to the right, (not straight.) so I called Amazon and they had another one in my hand the next day, which was still not straight, so I called them again, and once again, the very next day, I received the second replacement which was finally straight. All of the returns were free of charge, and did not have to be returned till I had received the replacement!!! Amazon is GREAT to work with. I love everything about the knife. The sheath is a quality thick leather case, compass does work, but could be better, and the matches, hooks, string, lead weights, needle, surgical steel razor blade that come with it are quality items as well. In order for the handle compartment to be completely water proof, it needs to be sealed at the blade end. This knife is badass, so if you’re looking for just a straight up awesome knife then definitely get this one. Haven’t actually used this knife in the field, but I do have it displayed it on the wall for family and friends to see. Thanks!

I'm a outdoors person my dad thought me he was a knife maker and a navy seal for 20 year I got this knife for hunting trip we had and he said to me are you serious life is not a movie son and I said dad don't worry I know what I'm doing knife came he saw it said hmmm left to trip we fish I skin a dear with it perform above and beyond about a week later my mom call and said your father b day it's in week u bought him something I said no she said you should buy him that knife you have he might like it then she said truth be told he loves it dosent stop talking about it .....so if you ask me this knife a the real deal feel free to get it I tested it I seen negative comments in here maybe people don't like quality I guess you can please everybody and I only got it cuz I love rambo he remind me of my dad and my dad aprove on it rest of sure this a badass knife

As stated above it is as advertised and everything you expect it to be. It is a nice authenticated knife I had Rambo I, but someone decided they needed it more than me and helped themselves to it, shocks. I never ordered Rambo III did not like it that much, but this knife is worth having been a bit of iconic cinema history and is the best looking and practical knife of the film series. I would order this knife again if it came up missing as did Rambo I but Rambo I is basically a survival knife and there are better plain survival knives out there that are better over all pieces for a bit cheaper. With Rambo you cannot go wrong. Good Luck.

i received my knife quick. that's nothing new from amazon. i love amazon. anyways, soon after i got the knife i decided to sharpen it just like rambo did in the movie, only i used something more high tech. as i was finishing the last stroke of the blade sharpening process, i realized i had a digital camo outfit in my closet. i had it in there for several years but could never find it due to the fact that it was camo (well hidden). i used the contents of my rambo knife to make a fire torch and i used the compass to find my way around my closet. in my closet i found tom cruise, but that's another story. i used the light from the fire and the compass to find this camo outfit. once found, i thought to myself, "what can i do with a digital camo suit and a rambo knife?" just then there was a story on the tv news about some dogs that were found in afganistan that were strays. i thought, "perfect". i took my knife, camo outfit, and a credit card and headed to the airport. once on the plane i excused myself to the bathroom but took the paneling off the floor and made my way to my luggage. i pulled out my rambo knife and my parachute. i strapped the chute on, pryed open a panel, squeezed out the hole and skydived towards the earth somewhere in afgan. once on the ground, i looked at the rambo compass and decided to go north. i used the knife to shred the chute and burried it. i made my way to a village that sold canned dog food. i bought some cans and continued on my journey. i eventually found some strays, they looked hungry so i pulled out some cans and realized i had no can opener. i used the knife to open the cans. i fed the dogs and all was good. it was the craziest dream. i cant wait to use my knife.

Let me start by saying that I know nothing about knives. I purchased this knife for my father for Christmas. He loved it. The box the knife comes in is a little tacky and the authentication paper is thin and cheap feeling, however the knife itself is very impressive. Its weight is significant so when you pick it up it feels very significant and sturdy. Before we gave it too him we took it out of the box to check the balance after reading some of the reviews, but found no problems. The little goodies container in the hilt is a nice touch and does not rattle around when you move the knife because it is in a plastic container. My father is a very difficult person to buy gifts for, and he ended up really liking this.

I got the knife a week earlier than expected, the knife itself is very nice, came decently sharp out of the box, came with the certificate and a very good quality leather sheath, and for anybody else wondering this is the Master Cutlery replica, because I know there are many different versions by different companies, and it's not like I expected to go out in the boonies with this knife but it is still a nice knife and a great collectable for any Rambo fan, worth the buy
