This mixer grinder is solid for getting your batter, chutneys are done well with limited water if needed. Previously I had the Nutribullet 900 and while the power was amazing, the blending was not. It needed a lot more water than needed to even run and in the end, the chutneys would be in huge quantity or too watery. This one though will work great as it is a heavy-duty motor and built to run long. Leave the motor on for a couple of mins and the chutneys come out perfect. Dosa batter (in the bigger jar) is even better. Initially, you will get the paint/plastic smell (as expected) and after your 2nd/3rd run onwards there is no such smell. The suction legs are a bonus and won't slide around when the motor is running. Overall, this is the mixer grinder you will need for all your blending, grinding purposes. Happy cooking!

Works well as an Indian style mixie for wet grinding masalas, making chutneys, etc. Have only used the small jar; have no use for the larger jar yet (I have a separate blender for juicing, dosa batter, etc.) It's not super easy to clean and can be a bit loud. My chief complaint is that it is not great at making ginger paste.

I got this item delivered late but amazon refunded my money back. Its really good and works great for all kind of Indian cooking and I wanted to really pay and I messaged customer service. No one responded. So I guess they gave to me for free? Thank you!

This is value for money and is a work horse. I use it every single day for grinding nuts, seeds, lentils, coconut, spices. It lasts forever. Great value for money.

I have been using this product for more than 12 years but this is the first time it happened. I bought this mixie in May 2022 and today when I started powdering a few walnuts I heard a loud noise and the mixie jar coupler came apart and the mixie bottom also cracked as in the picture. Hope I get a jar replacement. Otherwise, I really love Preethi mixer.

Please be aware of this product, it seems to be defective and has built in or assembly problem. We just started using the Eco mixer for about a month and very lightly and it just stopped working just after about a month and 10 days time. I immediately contacted the seller and they have redirected me to elsewhere(nowhere) and withholding my refund since it was over 30 days. Please do not buy from this seller. My last Preeti mixer lasted for over 5 years and worked excellent

The product is great and works very well for our requirement. What I was disappointed about was the way it was shipped in a product box with hardly any packaging tape. one flap of the box was open. If it happened during shipping, I don't know. I always expect packages in amazon box.

This is a really good mixer grinder until you’re doing heavy duty work. You can’t put hot stuff and grind it, it will open up. It gets warm pretty soon. These issues doesn’t happen in American mixer grinder, but they are not good for indian household cooking.

Fir grinding spices wry n dry both work wonder.

The jar lid is not closing properly. Always need to hold onto it. The motor sometime stop in the middle.
