A very good quality flour made with a single ingredient that is oats. The flavor is very delicious and you can make different recipes, I really like it to make pancakes. Gluten-free and has many ways to make baked desserts. Good texture

Best Oat Flour for baking
Only oat flour I use for baking! My healthy rendition of oat chocolate chip cookies and banana bread/muffins are nothing without this flour! Other brands actually too dry and Bob's is a brand I trust for all of my organic baking! This was a great deal for a 4 pack - around the holidays it doesn't last long!

Great gluten free option and alternative to regular flour !!
If you are health conscious and would like to make a swap with regular wheat flour then this is the best bet. I have made everything right from flat breads, tortillas, cookies and muffins. Each item came out delicious. I can compare the texture and quality to be the same that you may find in the home grinded oats flour. But this ready flour helps in crunched hours. Perfect balance to your health and taste buds. Apart from this I love the resealable bag in which the flour is packed. It reaseals easily and maintains the freshness.

Product is good and is getting hard to find, but was not happy with the way it was packaged. Two bags of flour in a clear plastic bag left at the front door. I had hoped a food item would rate a more secure box. Will not order again.

Really Good Oat Flour
This is an excellent product. My wife uses it to make special cookies for our little diabetic dog. Just can't find it locally. The seller had GREAT communication in regard to a potential delivery delay. Thankfully it arrived on time and all is well. Highly recommend both the product and this seller.

I use it in a Weight Loss meal: 3rd photo: as Roti / Bread / With a Tortilla press. Or a Roti press. Recipe: 1/4 cup = 28gr = 120 calories of Bob Red Hills Oat Flour, + 1/8 tsp salt ( leave out if no salt Diet), + 1/4 tsp of Ghee or melted Butter, + 1/4 cup Hot Boiling Water, Mix. —> rest 20-30mn —> makes 2x balls —> I used a tortilla press to roll out —> yields 2x 13cm diameter Rotis/ Bread/ 1st & 2nd photo: Vegetable Pancake/ Galette de legumes/ Vegetables “Chilla”. Recipe: 1/4 cup = 28gr = 120 calories of Bobs Red Hill Oat Flour, + 1/2 TBlspn Semolina + 1/2 TBlspn Chickpea Flour ( = “Besan” flour), + 1/8 tsp salt, + 1/4 cup + 2 TBlspn Water. Mix. —> Cover the bowl, let it stand to swell 20mn. —> + pre- cooked veggies (4mn in unsalted boiling water, drained). —> fry each side, covered for 3mn in 1 TBlspn of Olive Oil. Use a plate to flip the pancake before cooking the other side or it will break. I love this Bob Red Hill Oat Flour. You need not be on a Diet to enjoy it!

Not sure why it is difficult to get finely milled oat flour, as very few,providers seem to offer it. But this is well milled, without being powdered, can even be used for sauces if need be
