Molekule Air Purifier and PECO Filter Bundle

This product looks good , there was supposed to be a bad smell the first 48 hours ( I’ve had it for 2 weeks!!) and there’s still an awful burned plastic smell. I started researching on google and I found out that that smell might be CARCINOGENIC ( that statement I’d highly denied by molekule in another commen, but I don’t know what to believe) I really wanted to like this product, I left a message on the molekule official Facebook page ( nobody answered), plus my nose feels more congested now. THEN U NEED TO READ THE CONSUMER REPORT ABOUT THIS, OF COURSE THIS PRODUCT HAS AN AWFUL RATING. THIS DOENST DO ANYTHING WITH LARGE PARTICLES!!: “It’s a very limited assessment of Molekule because instantaneous removal of particles is not the full picture of what air purification looks like,” Rao says. “And while we may be destroying at a slower rate, we’re still doing something much more complicated, which is truly purifying the air at the nanoscale level and making it safer.”But if the Molekule Air isn’t pulling enough air into the machine in the first place, it may struggle to clean the air at any scale.“Even if the PECO filter works and it purifies the air of microscopic particles, it’s still not effectively catching the large particles, which are also irritants,” Dickerson says.

Great product, but the value is not affordable for most households. I can tell every time I walk into my room that and even before that the air is clean. The air is easier to breathe and my asthma and my allergies have less flair-ups using this product. The setting are really basic and generic in my opinion it only has 2 settings for the fan even though they say it has three. I called them and they said the auto is considered as one of the speeds. I told them that this is not a speed setting as is it still only goes from night mode to boost.The replacement filters are also expensive. The carbon pre-filter is replaced 4 times per year and the other is 2 times per year, so it can add up quickly. I have check yo see if you can get them cheaper and had no luck. I can not go without an air cleaner and this is my first air purifier like this. I have always had the ones that you wash the filters or the grids to save money and they worked. I am not sure if I will buy this again for my downstairs because of the price, so I will do some more research to see what other options are out there.

I wrote the company, but they couldn't care less that the only handle they manufacture is made from a calf's skin. Also, I'm unsure if the device works. It just sits there humming. No discernible difference in the air. Who knows? But I have a big silver cylinder occupying floorspace in my main room now, with a gratuitous flap of cow skin on it, that's for sure.

Product concept is good but it probably was stored in a location impacted by wildfires because there was a strong smell of smoke from it. I returned the product after testing it for a little less than a month. The customer service was also great trying to help me to solve the issue.

Puts off an ozone smell. Very weird. Returned it. It would be absolutely perfect if it didn’t put off that toxic ozone smell.

This great for everything. Everyone in our household has allergies and with COVID 19 any additional help to keep the air clean is a win.

I was under the impression that I would receive two sets of filters in the bundle but was disappointed to just receive one set. The system itself is amazing. Does everything promised and more. Highly recommend!
