It smells nice and does a fairly good job on stains . Not sure about the protection element - it doesn't seem to make mark's any easier to remove , but does remove them . Good cleaner when you need frequent cleans as with a cream carpet in most rooms I need this .

Brilliant product great price

Great smell and does get most stains out with ease. Smell only lasts a few hours and then fades. If you leave this shampoo in the hoover for a few days it does not go a funny smell whereas other shampoos I've tried can absolute stink the next day. Wish the size was a bit bigger as doesn't feel like you are getting much value for money

Bought to replace the small bottle that came with the Bizzell machine I bought. Works just as well with the machine. Seems a bit pricey, but gets out all manner or stains, so I would say is woth the price. Easy to pour container. Gives a nice neutral, clean smelling fragrance, not overly perfumed, which is perfect for me.

Used in bissell cleaner and i liked how easy the instructions were brilliant

The dog was clearly beautifully looked after and the house did not have that awful wet dog smell but I decided to clean the big lounge carpet (rest wooden floors) just to remove/reduce any general dog traces. I have used other brands but I always come back to this brand. Use the high traffic spray first on main walkways in/out of the room and let that sit for about 15 minutes. This way, you don't need to go over these limited areas twice. Leaves a nice smell without being overwhelming or leaving a chemical aroma. My cats did the sniff test and seemed happy. However, a few weeks later, one of my cats did a secret wee somewhere. I did not notice until it became stale and stronger smelling. I finally tracked it down and used this product over it several times. Unfortunately, the smell remained, albeit improved/reduced. It took several attemps over several days to finally eliminate the smell.
