Dislike broke after 4 month’s like cheap and easy to use

So in terms of the basics, it is (mostly) as advertised - a skipping rope which is 3m and purple plastic. I'm not sure why this is classified as an adjustable rope though, because I can't see any way to adjust the length of the rope. There are separate plastic bits at the end of each rope to prevent the handles from coming off the ends, but I can't find any way to move them further up the plastic rope (as presumably this is how you would adjust it to make it shorter). Luckily it seems to be an okay fit as is, but I feel it's a bit disingenuous to say this rope is, in any way, adjustable.

Quite happy with this purchase, I bought it mainly for the price point and previous experience with cheap “playground” speed ropes which have always been my favourite to use for boxing training or just to get a quick cardio session in.Although this product states it’s adjustable (which it most certainly is) I found having the excess rope beyond the handles was difficult to get along with as it would cause friction against my wrists. However, this turned out to not be a problem in the end, if you take a look at the inside components of the handle and feel like cutting the excess rope off you’ll find it really easy to do so (I don’t believe tampering with the components and disassembling is recommended by the manufacturer... definitely works though).All in all this rope is simple, good quality and suitable for people of all shapes and sizes. Very happy.

I would imagine that this skipping rope had been stuck in a warehouse for a very long time as it was impossible to get the kinks out of the plastic rope itself. It's a good length and the handles are a comfy hold. I have since paid a little more for a rope that isn't plastic tat and I would encourage others to do the same.

I’ve now bought 3 of these skipping ropes, the weight and usability is fantastic, BUT the plastic fatigues really quickly. sometimes they last a good while other times I’ve used the rope less than 10 times before it either snaps in the middle or at the end of the handle. This is such a shame as I do like the feel and the weight of the rope, just wished it was more durable!!!!

This skipping rope is so light that you need to put to much force to work with it and after a while, your wrist will start to hurt.From a beginner perspective: I know that it is cheap, but it is a waste of money.If you are a beginner like me, please go for a heavier skipping rope, because it is easier to make the movements.

Great value, but the rope snapped (near the handle) due to wear and tear. I got a lot of use out of this and it's very lightweight and easy to use compared to a leather rope (which wears away a lot faster).

Iv been skipping for 20+ years and have been through many ropes but you cant beat these good old cheap and basic speed rope.Iv bought all the fancy ropes, spending £20 on some for them to turn out awful, too short, weights are akward but worst of all the rope skips slow and heavy and you cant get a good workout. Many of them snap and break.But these simple ropes are long, adjustable and skip as fast as you like. Iv had many of these in the past and maybe after a while they can snap, but hopefully you adjusted it too short as you just readjust, or better still buy another one as they are cheap. But iv not had any of this comoany so they maybe different and last forever. All in all a great jump rope.
