Seems decent quality at reasonable price.
First, its the cheapest I found per ounce for quantities less than 5lbs. Actually to get cheaper per ounce bulgur on Amazon one would have to buy 50lbs. Brand I had never heard of. I hadnt eaten bulgur for literally decades so going on memory. This is finer grind than what I had long ago so cooks quicker and seems less chewy. Flavor is pretty bland, you may not notice it if not used alone. Seems fresh enough, no off flavors or smells. Clean. You can probably get rice cheaper, but rice, even brown rice zooms my blood sugar, this doesnt. Personally I eat it with lentils or blackeye peas which are quick cooking. Combined protein so more complete protein.

Great price for quality bulgur. Bulgur is a low net carb grain with a great natural taste. I but these regularly.

Great product!! My dad wanted wheat from Haiti and he cooked it the other day and this was fire!! Great quality and it brings so many health benefits. It has high fiber, protein, and essential minerals. It supports digestion, heart health, and stable blood sugar, plus it cooks quickly and makes a great rice alternative. It taste amazing!!

GOOD PRODUCT
This is a decent bulgur wheat. It taste pretty good. You get your money's worth. I have no real complaints. I started eating bulgur wheat about10 years ago, they sold it in 1lb bags at 2 stores in my area. Then both stores stopped carrying it. Back then I learned there were different types & when I saw this was the "instant" type, just add boiling water , cover & wait, I was elated! It is an instant type, but not the size or texture that I used to get. But it's good and gets the job done, so I'm happy.

Delicious whole grain
Bulgar wheat is a healthy, chewy textured treat. It is a delicious alternative to rice or pasta and keeps well in a tight container. There are many recipes where it can be a substitute. It is a sturdy whole grain with a delicious nutty flavor.
