Most comfortable quality boots I have ever put on my feet - foot heaven!
I love these boots and for the price you will never go wrong. They are well made. The fit my feet the best of any shoes/boots I have ever put on. I made fun of the side zipper at first and now think that it is one of the best features you can put in footwear. My wife, athletic feet have destroyed every paid of shoes/boots I have put on my feet and these Tactical Combat Boots have lasted full use for almost two years. My son snagged my boots and carted them off saying they are his. For a teenager to snag the dads boots says something - they are awesome! I just ordered my second pair.Great design! Great Quality! Great Comfort! Great Durability! Great Price? - Thanks RYNO GEAR!!!!

Perfect fit, great stitching and material.
These feel really well made, I've only had them on for about 2 hours but they feel awesome. I can't see these breaking down too fast but we'll see after I put them to work. Love the hard toe, can't tell if it's steel or plastic but it's definitely solid. Love the zippers down the side, makes it so much easier to put these on in a rush. Came with a really nice pair of socks, too. Can't beat that. My only concern is the heel seems to be a bit narrow(?), either that or it's just too far inward so it kind of rubs against your heel when you pull em nice and tight. I don't see it being a problem but I'm gonna keep wearing them for the next few weeks and update this review if I have any issues. Altogether these are a solid 4 for now. If they hold up to the test of time I'll definitely be giving them a 5 cause they're great looking and great feeling.Edit: have had these about a year and a half now. They aren't my daily wear, but I've certainly beat the hell out of them and they stood the test of time. Would and probably will buy again.

Pretty decent product. Buy up 1 size. Holds up pretty well.
They are basically a heavy duty tennis shoe, like the other newer generation hiking shoes. Not really a boot. I’ve had them a few weeks. They break in quickly. Worn them to work on the motorcycle 5-6 times, and walking around for a few days. They seem like they’ll hold together pretty well. I have worked in the yard in them and used the garden hose to wash off my boots and my feet didn’t get wet, so they are at least casually waterproof. Haven’t gone for a real hike in them yet. Will try next weekend. I wear orthotic insoles, and normally take a size 12 shoe. In these, 13 fits me perfectly. Upsizing 1 should be a decent rule of fit for these. The zippers work just fine so far. No issues there. I bought them to take to the desert for Burning Man this year, and I think they’ll work out great.Update after 1 year: They are getting pretty beat up, but holding together. I’ve hiked a decent bit , probably 50 miles in them on trails and they’ve held up. Ordinary daily wear on days when I ride the motorcycle to work is probably harder on the soles. The soles are softer rubber, so they are wearing out. Nearly out of tread, and the leather toes are pretty scuffed and no longer black and nice looking. They still do shed water better than a sport shoe.I went to Burning Man in them and they were ideal boots there. The zipper makes for easy on in the middle of the night when you need to go to the porta potty, and the alkali dust didn’t seem to kill them.I will probably buy another pair in a few more months.Further update. Coming on 20 months old, and they’re still together. Still casually water resistant, but I did get really soaked feet when caught in a rainstorm last week (July in Portland Oregon) on my way in to work on the motorcycle. I’ve hiked mountain trails, some cross country, and daily wear around the office. No seams have ripped out, zippers are great, and the sole is still attached. The tread is down to just about nothing on the balls of my feet, but that’s reasonable I think. I think these are a great deal for a light boot. They really seem to hold up.

For the price I paid I can't be all too mad
These boots are very comfortable but they to run a bit snug on the calf and I am a petite man but thats how I like my boots. These boots are very breathable and I never had a problem with sweating in them. Very good ankle support as well without being too stiff. The big con though; they did not last me too long. I bought these in May 2020 and by October the zipper wore out and I was unable to wear them again. I mainly use them for work, but I did bring them out one time for an 8 hour outdoor airsoft match and they took one hell of a beating but still held up for the summer. With that said, I am constantly on my feet and wound wear them regularly 12+ hrs 5 days a week and on days off of work.In short, these aren't really meant for blue collar work, sure they are comfortable, and look really nice too, but the zipper just didn't hold up which is a problem with a lot of combat boots. If the zipper was a metal YKK zipper as oppose to a plastic one they would definitely last longer.Just bought some Bates paratrooper side zips for more than double the price of these...lets see how those last.

Comfort from the Get Go
6 inch Ryno Gear Tactical Combat BootsI have used these kind of boots all my working days on a regular basis. I didn't think these would be any different: sturdy, stiff, made to be abused boots. These are very well made, zipper is sturdy and the leather top gives with very little use. It was stiff when I first put them on out of the box, but after wearing them all day the first day I realized they were as comfortable as an old pair of sneakers. They are not heavy, the sole grips the soil firmly and they are not hot, a plus for the South Florida climate.Size 11(M) proved to be true to size; it is the size I normally wear. With a little polish and more wear they should become my daily wear. I do plan to spray a Scotchguard type of protector to try and keep my feet dry during the rains. I ride a motorcycle and the Velcro ® tab does a good job of keeping the laces tucked inside the boot collar avoiding possible entanglements.https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079BKMLZ9/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04__o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
