I’ve been using this product for a while now, and I decided to try it mainly for its sulforaphane content after hearing about the potential health benefits. As someone who doesn’t always eat as much as I should, especially when fasting, I was looking for something convenient to help support my overall nutrition. The main reason I chose this product is because broccoli sprouts are known to contain much higher levels of sulforaphane compared to regular broccoli which has also been shown to have amazing health benefits That was a big selling point for me, as it’s often linked to antioxidant support, detox processes, and general wellbeing. So far, I’ve found it easy to take and it fits well into my routine. I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, which is important. It gives me a bit of reassurance knowing I’m getting some of those beneficial compounds even on days when my diet isn’t as consistent. That said, I do see this more as a supplement rather than a replacement for proper meals. It works best alongside a balanced diet, not instead of one. I’m happy with the purchase and would consider continuing to use it as part of my routine.👍

Nice product , best quality in my opinion

The have a strong smell of broccoli when you open the lid which is to be expected. The smell is also there when you go a toilet, so at least I know they are in my system let’s just hope they are not just going in one end and out the other. Currently no bad reaction I also can not tell if they have had any impact yet.

Effects unnoticed compared to actual broccoli sprouts

There is no taste when taking them or an aftertaste. There are no side effects like gassiness that I have read about other brands of Sulforaphane. My energy levels changed dramatically when I started taking them. Also I need quite a high dosage owing to my lousy genetics profile and this is one of the few brands that meets my needs. I tried another brand that came highly recommended to me and i couldn't handle the taste so went back to this brand. I highly recommend it
