I bought this product as part of a set of products to help my general health and well being as I am in my 60's and its part of my plan to be healthier as I head towards retirement. The device is simple and is easy to use and it is sturdy and robust. I am initially trying it for 30 minutes before I sleep, not that I have any issues sleeping. It is early days yet but I do think it has improved my sleep pattern. Depending what you need an oxygen concentrator for I would recommend you look at this model as I think it has good features and is great value .

This is a good oxygen machine but I'd like the manual to be improved. There's 2 pages wasted on how to put the batteries into the remote control but not enough on replacing the filters and the general use of the machine.It's a bit annoying that it has a european 2 pin plug and adaptor. However, I used a white UK lead I had from my old machine and that works fine.Also, it'd be good if it had an on-off switch like my old machine did. And the water container is very awkward to fill and even more awkward to clean. And to increase the time of the oxygen you have to press and hold and it goes up by the minute. My old machine (Dedakj) went up in 15 minute increments which i think is a better idea.I like that it has a more hygenic and comfortable oxygen headset rather than uncomfortable nasal cannula.As for the guy that complained about the missing rear plastic cover...it will still work without this.Overall, seems to be a well-built and good machine. I don't know if oxygen is really coming out but I'm taking their word for it...

The product did take a while to arrive but Jessie kept me informed when ever I sent an email I would have 100% confidence in recommending this company and the product great for home use I have COPD and it helps.Thank you so much.

On base of unit there is a strap with a buckle. instructions say "pull up" does that mean pull out or tighten. two very reasonable translations with two different outcomes. I suspect one will damage the unit.Advertising pictures are identical to product (good). many other sellers and manufactures selling near identical product. Packaging is completely generic with no indication that InLoveArts is the manufacture or as stated the patent holder. IMHO if other sellers are selling identically looking products then buy based on price/service. (at time InLoveArts were cheapest £189) . You only get 90% oxygen at 1 litre per min and higher flow rates dilute.There are consumables, (2-O rings, seals and filters) pack contains one replacement set. But there is also a cartridge filter that has no replacement. Cartridge filter is protected by two simple filters that can be washed/replaced.Does what it says on the tin
