Definitely not recommend for purchase
Not only does the cover look entirely different but the book as such is a very poor edition indeed: it resembles a shabbily put together print on demand edition, obviously with too little line spacing: some letters melt into one another.Definitely not recommend for purchase.

A challenging read
Enjoyed the book, but found the 300 years writing style challenging. Mega long sentences. Fascinating account of a major epidemic at a time of no effective medical infrastructure.

Well worth reading
Very interesting and readable book. The author did his research well and related the stories from his family.
