Must have for barn door
I wish I knew about this before, I installed a barn door several years ago but always had issues with the door swinging out. Since purchasing this floor guide that solved that issue. The sturdiness and quality is perfect. It has a size adjustment and this is a great value for the amount of money. I’m glad I bought this for my door.

This product works so much better than the hardware that came with the door. It glides easily and helps keep the door on the track. It was very easy to install and it looks nice. I was worried about it being large and bulky but it isn’t and we have had no issues running into it or anything.

Tricky to install.
Has a few design flaws. It's difficult putting the bottom screw in without taking the roller off. Unfortunately once you take the roller off and screw it in it's hard to put the roller back on because the adjustment nut goes underneath.

These are great rollers for your farm door, but when I bought my farm door, it came with it so I had an extra but they were

I installed a new garage side door in the "Barn door style" which had stainless fittings for the outside use. The new guide replaced an old rusty version which did little to guide the old door now replaced. The guide arrived very quickly and was easy to fit and is well made and should last for a while. Good product and happy.

The guides our professional finish carpenter put in with our barn doors were much too weak for our very large barns and we replaced them all with these.

Bought a SS twin adjustable roller type guide but unless the barn door is as thin as a normal hinged door, these types do not allow adjustment of the smaller roller to sit close enough to the wall to keep the door hanging straight, this bracket does. Point to note, the plastic wall inserts compress easily with a hammer on insertion so aim for a masonry drill that is just under the OD of the insert for a firm fit when inserting the screws (or consider heavier duty wall plugs if hole drilled is too large)
