I bought this product on Amazon to replace another radio interface that did not work well. As soon as the installer connected the item to the radio, it worked. He did not have to update the firmware and that part of the install was done rather quickly. He was the one who recommended this radio interface. I have been using it for over a week and a half now and I must say there are no problems. I am using it with a Kenwood DDX9903S radio in a 2015 Chevrolet Trax and it works flawlessly. I highly recommend this radio replacement interface as it comes with everything you need.

Materials are of good quality, easy to read instructions. I repurchased, I got my OnStar back and wheel controls also. I do recommend.

Not sure it does not work for my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado. I was Lead to believe it was.I need the RP GM51 PAC.

This part states it is compatible with a 2011 Chevy Cruze, however it does not retain the Climate Control screen that is required to see what temperature you are setting the A/C to. It worked as intended for the radio, but after a critical function of the car not working, I returned it and purchased the GMOS version of the harness and a seperate SWC module to make sure everything worked fine.
