The Twist board is so small that it takes no space and I have been using it 2-3 times per day for 10min blasts. Best time is before dinner as it whiles away time. My arms are already feeling the benefit after 3 weeks and I can feel my stomach area getting better. During a time when staying at home is the rule, this simple bit of kit helps on so many levels. it is small,but that does focus the body to be more streamlined for movement.Well worth it!

It is good. As other reviewers point out, probably not good if you have bigger feet than size 5 but as I am a 4 1/2 I did 't find the size to be a problem. No instructions on how to use so searched videos on it...Perseverance to make it effective depends on you as with anything yo do with exercise but fits neatly under my bed and easy to use. I hear from others that have used it more oftem than I do that "you can really feel your abs working!"

I can't say much about this product other than it fits for purpose. I find it sturdy enough to use it regularly without breaking it. It looks nice, I ordered the blue one. I sometimes just jump on it and do 100 turns, great for a quick exercise for the abs and waist area.

Bought as a bit of fun for my daughter to do while watching tv/chatting in the confined space of her dorm and it ticks both those boxes plus it is portable enough for her to travel with during term times. Double bonus!!

Very pleased with this, it's a fun way to strengthen muscles, loosen up and improve balance, and it doesn't cost a hundred pounds or more!

Had this item a couple of weeks, so not really seen if it is working as yet. I just put it in front of the TV and twist away, though you do need to hold on to something otherwise you are going round in circles.

Easy to use and not expensive, just need to get in the regular habit of using it ! It’s just a bit boring so better if watching tv or listening to music at the same time.

very useful and small product - it fits everywhere and its actually hard exerciser - i like the challenge
