Q: can you just mix with cold milk?

Mix with 2 oz hot water Then fill with cold milk. It is how I make mine.

Q: Is the French vanilla or the vanilla caramel flavor the sweeter of the two?

I have never had the french vanilla but the caramel one is SWEET

Q: Can you mix this with cold milk like the iced latte?

Well - I guess you could try but it would be kind of lumpy. It doesn't mix to well with "cold" water or milk. You could mix it with warm water or milk and then add ice or otherwise chill it.

Q: There are so many "options" but i must be blind because i cannot see how many cans come in the pack. i dont want to order if less than 4 pack.

It should be just one and you have to add them and if it is for 4 it will say so in the info below the product
