This is what happened with the Sous Vide container I purchased last year. It works just as well today as it did the day I bought it. I also find it so valuable when I am cooking a piece of meat for 24hrs in the sous vide container as the lid helps me retain the cooking water the entire time with little to no need to refill the water as the hours of cooking tick on. The included rack is another standout feature of this kit. It keeps food pouches organized and submerged in the water bath, ensuring even cooking throughout. To make a success of a new venture, you have to have the right equipment. This container is perfect to start your sous vide journey. It's a definite plus to start with your smaller cooks, then venturing on to bigger cuts of meat. Perfect size and the sleeve helps keep water at a consistent temperature, helping your sous vide machine work more efficiently.

Works amazingly well. Held temperature for 24 hours after shutting off, that’s how well it’s insulated. The rack alone is worth most of what you pay, and the insulated sleeve is a game changer. Almost too cheap to be true.

Good quality but wrong lid, but i removed the cooker ring and it fit for the first run. I contacted them to see if I was supposed to remove ring. The Company was super responsive and correct lid arrived pronto.

I want to love this item so much...and I would if it was BPA free. That being said, this item works really well. I filled it up last night, set the sous vide to 135F and set the timer for 20 hours. It has just under 5 hours left and I have not had to add any water to it at all. Unlike when I used a big metal pot wrapped in a towel and covered in foil. The lid holds all the moisture inside and the insulated sleeve helps keep it at temp.

My rating may feel a little unfair, but I've had an Anova awhile and didn't want to replace it, so I'm living with the problem. The lid hole is just a little small, I can't get it around the circulator. Now, everything else is great. Container has a nice insulated sleeve, didn't leak, holds the heat well, steam doesn't go everywhere, evaporation is good. This is a MUCH better answer than the vendor-specific $100 answers. In my case, the circulator slot is just too small for my specific circulator. But I kept it anyway and just prop the back half up onto the holding arm for the circulator.

This container is big enough to hold a 5 lb or more roast, while the included rack makes it easy to hold several thinner items like steaks off the bottom and separately so the water can circulate. The access hole for the sous vide machine is big enough, although it is still easier for mine to be inserted before the lid is put on. The foam cover helps hold in the heat for longer cooking times, and it slips on and off easily. My favorite feature is the hinge in the cover, because it allows the rack and food to be put into or taken out of the container while the lid is still on, so I do not have to remove the sous vide machine. That makes it easy to cook bags of different kinds of food that can use the same temperature but which may not require the same cook time. I would recommend this container!

The box fits the Sous Vide machine well and the neoprene cover fits snug and I can see it will help keep the water temp the same. There is a statement that they ship the boxes whole and this may cause the lids to bend and break. They do supply a QR code for replacement. When my partner opened the gift the box lid was bent and a little broken. However we can't find the QR code to get a replacement.
