Good for dog walking
Bought this to use for walking my two huskies that pull and jump and lunge and let me say it is perfect. I just hook their leashes to the front ring and it allows me to walk them hands free so I don't risk pulling anything in my arm or shoulder and it also gives me more leverage when they do try to pull. If you have a big strong dog this is a great investment.

Use is best at 45 degrees to the load.
Too far past 45 degrees (under you toward straight down), or too shallow less than 45 degrees (flatter and level to the horizon) and the harness slides around, regardless to the tightening straps. At the designed intended and advertised use it's excellent.

Effective dog walking “human harness”
I purchased this to walk my 65 lb Labrador retriever hands free. I have always had issues with my shoulder and back, let alone when that 65lbs would pull on the leash. My back got worse and I had no choice but to look for other options to enjoy walks with her. This allows me to be hands free and puts no pressure on my back or shoulder when she wants to pull.

Great vest, fair price
Sturdy vest, comfortable and durable. Everyone complaining that the side straps slip, need to learn how to correctly use a d-ring buckle. maybe google it? I'm a 200lb dude with a belly and I drag 2 tires for 10 miles and never have to adjust the strap.
