Rizzuto's 12" Gluten Free Pan Pizza Crust - 3 Pack - 3 Crusts

Omg! I am in pizza heaven!! I’ve been gf for 3 yrs and have never had a pan gf pizza. This is a first and it’s so Fluffy and good! The pizzas come in 3 individually wrapped and say eat within 14 days or freeze, so they are very fresh!! My husband is the pickiest person in the world and loved it too!! I look forward to ordering more in the future.

I am so grateful others took the time to review this pizza crust. That's why I took a chance and ordered it! It is truly delicious! We baked it on our cast iron pizza stone and it came out crispy. We preheat the stone for 10 minutes while adding toppings to the crust and then follow the instructions on the label. It is important to allow it to sit after pulling out of the oven (as stated in the instructions) as this will impact the texture of the crust. I won't be ordering GF pizza for delivery anymore when I can get these amazing crusts delivered and use my own high quality ingredients to make my pizza exactly how I want it (without the absolute hassle of making my own crust). I have not tried it after freezing it but imagine it will be fine since they are shipped individually vacuum sealed.

I read the reviews before buying and was very excited. It arrived and I was a little worried, unsure if it would really be soft and doughy inside. From first bite though: oh my goodness, it really is a true pan pizza dough (and yes, it’s chewy and soft)! They’re fresh, they don’t fall apart, the taste and mouthfeel deliver, and, while it’s good cold, it also reheats well - these are winners!

This is probably the best pizza crust we have found. Its easy to handle, premade and cooks up well with our favorite ingredients. I ordered 3 more because they are a great tasting crust, thicker than any we have tried before and have a good flavor. The price is a little steep and I can only find them through Amazon but all things considered so far they are number one and I'm a bad one with gluten so this had no affects at all.

This pan pizza crust was so good! It's been a very long time since I've been able to find a pizza crust that reminds me of my pre-gluten free days. Though there isn't a whole lot of flavor in the crust alone, it is thick enough to withstand lots of toppings. No more having to eat cracker-thin or cardboard crusts. With three crusts, the price is decent - would definitely purchase again!

This crust doesn’t get crisp. I bought 4 crusts. The first one I cooked per the instructions to the letter. Crust browned on outside edge, but never fully cooked and actually became crumbly towards the center when cutting. I varied the heat and time as well as which side was up in my next two attempts. Same result: never would crisp and crumbled. I threw the fourth crust away and purchased Schor brand crusts.

These crusts were decent. The flavor was satisfactory, however all three crusts cracked prior to baking regardless of our precautions to avoid it. The thickness was definitely deeper than your typical GF crust. We found if we baked the crust in the oven with olive oil on both sides, prior to adding toppings, it gave a better texture and flavor and held up to holding toppings better. Will likely purchase again as a quick meal option in our GF house.

I'm not into thick pizza crust, so that would be the one downside. Other than that the flavor was good and the product was fluffy. It would make great as focassio bread with some olive oil and rosemary.
