Smoking Meat!
I use this when smoking meats and making homemade hot links. Hard to find in stores.

Very spicy
Took me by surprise, very spicy. Too much spice, did not taste like barbecue, just hot! Will not buy again 😞

A little goes a long way
I bought this because I loved it in the small bottles that I used to be able to buy in the stores. This, however, seems much hotter in flavor. Flavor is still good, but disappointed in the heat level, so I use less in my soups and stews.

Better than Grillmates version
Can't find this in store anymore. Happy to find it here. The reason I prefer BBQ spice over the new grillmates from McCormick, is because the grillmates version has a lot of brown sugar in it. I prefer to cook with less sugar and salt. And this blend fits the bill for flavor and minimal sugar and salt.

Super Tasty BBQ Spice
My sister told me about this spice so I purchased it and it gives good flavor to the foods that I cook with that spice. I think nicely blended.
