Very soothing
Very soothing for tired eyes. I keep mine in the refrigerator, but they can also be warmed in the microwave (for a very short period) or warmed in a glass of hot water. Nice to keep on hand. I spend way too much time on line and/or reading.

Perfect for My Daughter
I bought these hot & cold cucumber eye pads for my daughter who is a surgical vet nurse and she absolutely loves them! They work well, although you can see redwhen using them. However, I was not bothered by it. They cool quickly, and last about 10 minutes on the eyes.
