Stories themselves are good, editing and presentation leaves a lot to be desired
Ryan Holmberg really needs to take a weekend to learn how to typeset properly. Just because the bubbles are narrow does not mean you have to TS all of the text SIDEWAYS so that you have to turn the book to read speech bubbles. How Retrofit approved this is beyond me. Akino Kondoh's works deserve better. Ryan, dude, just learn how to typeset. It's not hard. The book itself is a large, but cheap, staplebound paperback. Overall a decent budget introduction to Akino's works since it's like $6.
