Had an initial problem with it thinking it had a print head problem. The problem disappeared, and the unit is working great. The wireless WiFi connection is useful

I was only able to use this product for 1 semester as a full time 12 unit student. I brought it a year earlier, and didn’t use it until I actually started school. So I missed the return window. there was a few times during my statistics class where I was taking a test, and it would unsync from my phone or laptop, so I wasn’t able to print out what I needed for the test and had to write it on line sheet paper. It would also sometimes Unsync from the Wi-Fi. Papers get jammed in there too easily. I was not aware that when you’re printing just black-and-white, it uses other color somehow still. The ink went out far too quick and when I tried to change the cartridge, it gave me soooo much trouble right before my finals. Not worth my stress, money or time. If I were to see someone trying to buy this, I would say run as far away. Than the company makes it to where you can’t get in touch with them for support. You receive a computerized agent instead.

I love all HP products that’s all I buy because their products works excellent

This was a great purchase came with ink and was in perfect condition works great.

I didn't realize until I had received this printer, that since it was refurbished, it's warranty was only 90 days, not the 1 year that comes with a brand-new printer. Other than that, it's a great printer. The scanner if much better at feeding documents than my prior HP all-in-one (a C309a)Follow-up: At about the 4-month mark (yes, after the warranty was up), whenever the page scanner was used with the feeder, a horrible squeaking noise started. I see no way of getting to the source without some level of disassembly. Apparently, whomever did the refurbishment was not all that concerned with quality. I wonder if the reason it was returned in the first place was because of the noise.It's now been nearly a year and a half, and the printer gave up the ghost (as far as me being able to control it at all). When starting up it insists on aligning the heads, but never seems to be able to complete the job. Or, it will tell me that in order to use the printer, I have to register the ink program with HP. I suppose I could put the originall cartridges back (they're long gone) or buy new ones. This was a renewed printer. No idea who renewed it but they did a horrible job. I'd say, NEVER buy any renewed product from Amazon!

Crapped out after 20 months. Will scan but will not print. Printed great until it stopped. It's just a disposable printer that served it's life.

Instead of repairing my 8720 and buying new print carts it made more sense to replace it with this 9018 printer.

Didn't look like new or even work exactly right. Probably what the original problem was when it was new. Not like new. Wouldn't buy reconditioned again
