Highly effective, Fast-Acting & Easy to Swallow
The Sudafed PE Sinus Pressure + Pain Relief Tablets Maximum Strength works very well for sinus congestion and pressure. I use it more for my son, who has frequent environmental allergies, but this clears his nasal passages quickly, allowing him to breathe normally after a day of use. I also take it before flying to prevent ear pressure issues. It certainly helps, no more busted eardrums. These tablets are very small, easy to swallow and red coated which also helps suppress heartburn. It combines acetaminophen for pain relief and phenylephrine for nasal decongestion, making it fast-acting and non-drowsy. Perfect combination to feel better. Overall, a reliable, effective sinus medicine with good value for anyone.

This is my go to medicine when I'm sick with congestion in my nose and the ease of taking it and how quickly is starts to work this is best for your money also the size of the pill is perfect too which its super small and like I said it's the best quality medicine for nasal relief

Good Relief, not harsh
Seems to work really well for me. It is mild no strong taste in mouth. Then you notice that it gives you relief from congestion and drippy nose. I like it, glad I tried it.

Great med to clear your head
If you have any head or ear congestion this is the medication for you. I take this almost every day to clear my Eustachian tube dysfunction. It allows me to hear out of my blocked ear. I do also buy the Sudafed with acetaminophen for the days I have pain/pressure behind my ear.

Good basic product to have on hand for those times when congestion hits for whatever reason --- seasonal allergies, visiting friends who have animals, or for what I just call Winter Nose.
