I bought these a little under a year ago upon the loss of my youngest daughter. They have lovely words printed on them and room for a personalised message you can write. It's almost a year since now and decided to buy them again for the anniversary. I made a mistake of buying another brand out of convenience. They came with coloured pens and when I tried to open one it just ripped like a damp tissue. All ten were useless so sent them back. I found these ones I bought last year and as usual quality shows through. They were delivered within a couple of days and well packaged. If I have learned one thing it’s do not buy cheap chinese lanterns because nine times out of ten they are for an emotional time, don’t take a chance. A further tip, light them inside if possible then carefully take them out and release to safe struggling trying to light them inside. I highly recommend these and the seller for a first class product and service.

Amazing,alot bigger than expected. Light well,filled quite quickly. Floated up until they looked so small they looked like a star. Really helped the children with the loose of their grampa,they really do go all the way up to heaven 🥰.

Didnt work or go in the air and most of them had rips in them so cudnt use them atall

These were absolutely beautiful , it made our evening amazing and we had a good memorial. We will be ordering again. It was very easy to set up ! You just have to be very careful opening it.

I bought this as a remembrance for my mum who passed away. It came packaged well, the writing was very clear and I was able to write my own personal message. However trying to light the bottom part was a bit difficult as it took very long to light. Only managed to properly light up two lanterns, one light up but didn’t fly away. Not a bad product, good size but instructions could be put into the packaging to help new customers.

I was Dissatisfied with delivery but they turned up on day of avent hence why I gave 4 stars it was an anniversary and that caused me stress. But the product is as described I was shocked of the quality. Made very. Well one did not work but the rest was fantastic I would recommend but order to weeks in advance and they will arrive on time. So fantastic buy
