Good customer service
It was tricky getting the heights correct but the customer service is excellent and walked me thru it

Worked as expected. Came complete with everything needed to assemble

Tightening device is needed for anything over 100 feet
Great product but the length of our line makes it heavy and very hard to tighten. Should have came with a tightening device due to size/length. There was no notification of this when purchasing (of course) and I did not realize i would need it until I finally had some time to go put it up.

Make sure you have a coma longer to assemble
It should be easier to assemble.

Comes w everything but a spring stopper
Spending $300 I would have expected at minimum a 6 foot spring for a softer stop. The stopping block is one heck a jolt without the spring.
