Doggy Umbrella
The umbrella is great. My dog hates going out in the rain. She has a raincoat but doesn't like the hood. This umbrella covers her perfectly.

Umbrella does not collapse, handle does not attach.
This was very cheaply made. There should be a visible button to collapse or open the umbrella. The instructions say to listen for the "click" but there is no clicking because there isn't a latch as the instructions describe.The handle was simply not made for this, there is no way I (or anyone) could fit the handle on this umbrella.

Leash part is too short so my dog got scared of it.

Awkward to hold and my dog hates it
I have a small dog that I thought was the perfect size for this. She doesn’t particularly hate the rain, just a little hesitant to go out out first and I don’t like her being soaked when we come in from a walk.This umbrella is cute and great in theory but it isn’t for us. I found the handle awkward to hold. It isn’t long enough and isn’t comfortable to hold unless the dog is directly in front. My dog likes to walk to my right in the grass, it doesn’t work well with this umbrella.The real problem, and this is clearly personal, is that my dog is terrified of it! We walked less than a block before I deduced it wasn’t worth it. I had to drag her half the way. The other half of the time she was running away from it. The chain is just long enough that when she pulls her head sticks out and gets wet.All around this product will not work for me and my dog but I can tell from photos and other reviews it works for many.

For my baby he loves it when go on a walk on those rainy days. I just wish it had a longer Chain.

Good in theory but impractical in application.
This seems like a great idea but it didn’t work for us from the first use. The length from the chain (where it attaches to the collar) to the umbrella itself is very short. This not only freaked out my dog but made it impossible for him to go potty because he didn’t have enough space from me to actually do his business. This is a gimmick, do yourself a favor and save your money and get your dog some treats instead. I gave it two stars because the product itself seems well made and easily opens and closes.

I loved this product
I thought this doggy umbrella was awesome and it worked really well but my little 5 pound mini Bichon was not all that fond of it, it made her a little nervous having something above her I guess.But if you think your pet could handle one of these I would definitely try it if it does not work out you can easily send it back.
