Just what I was looking for! Great for baking sourdough bread in. Very Solid, and perfectly made, I’ve a feeling this will last for a very long time! My bread is formed in a 10 inch banneton proofing basket which is the same size as the lid! Turning out onto the preheated lid and covering won’t be preheated bowl as a cloche worked great!

I purchased this to use as a dutch oven ehen baking sourdough bread.It is a little smaller than I was expecting, but is high quality and well priced.It produces great results with sourdough and would be a great casserole pan.Recommended.

Great product, its flat lid makes it ideal for using upside down for sourdough baking and it is just as good as a Le Creuset casserole for stews and oven roasting. Great value!
