My doctor prescribed this product to me after a recent hospital stay when they could not get my hemoglobin level where they wanted it. She said this product offered supplemental iron in a form which my body could easily absorb. Since I started taking this product every day my hemoglobin level has returned to normal and has stayed at that level for over a year.

Has a tendency to cause constipation. Found other product which worked better without the adverse effect.

I ordered this because CVS quit making the vitamin I had been taking. I have to take this for my iron. So I wanted to find something that would be what the doctor ordered. I made sure this was what I was to take and then I found the special pricing for it and it came on time and it was not perfect but it was ok the box was just smashed a little but I will order from here again because the price was good. Only been in a couple of weeks but added vitamin C to the regimen and I have new energy and sleeping better.

This is the iron pill my doctor recommended for treating my anemia. Regular iron pills were not able to raise my levels, but taking both iron and vitamin C in the same tablet worked.P.S. Buy this and prune juice.
