Beautiful trinket box with personalization for my daughter's college graduation. First one arrived via USPS with the box beat up some, no Fragile labels, and the back legs broken off. I reached out to the seller who kindly sent me a free replacement via FedEx, which arrived in perfect condition. Daughter loved it! (Just beware that the legs are quite fragile). Seller is terrific.

We wanted a unique, beautiful holder for two cutome made bracelets we bought for our dauter-in-law's college graduation. I found this last minute, quickly personalized and ordered. While tracking it to make sure it would get here in time, I noticed that I was in such a rush, I misspelled her name! Big oops!! According to tracking info it appeared to be ready to ship. Great for getting here just in time, but horrible if her name was wrong. I called the company and explained my situation. They were extremely nice and understanding. Not only did they redo the box with correct spelling, they also shipped it right away and got it to me in time for graduation night. All at no extra cost. The box came out beautifully and daughter-in-law loves it!!We will definitely be purchasing from this company again!
