Fabalish - 2 Falafel, 1 Dip Bundle (Tzatziki)

Wow! I can't even believe that this Tzatziki is dairy-free! This is one of the best I've ever tried. The texture is very creamy and the flavor is so fresh and satiating. There are no added preservatives and you can really taste each ingredient (the dill, cucumber, lemon and mint). In my opinion, this dairy-free version tastes better than the original! The creamy texture is a result of the ingredient aquafaba (chickpea water) and is a delicious substitute for cream. I enjoy this sauce with my baked falafels, as well as with celery sticks. It is a perfect dip for vegetable crudites and party platters! Great appetizer addition for a friends gathering.

This. This. THIS. Game changer. I’ve been dairy free for about 8 years and something I’ve always missed with Mediterranean food is Tzatziki sauce. THIS SAVED ME. It’s dairy free and vegan tzatziki sauce that I use for everything now. I’ve used this just alone with the falafel which is classic but then I started getting experimental and now make awesome dressing with it. It’s great for salads, French fries, falafels, you name it. I’m so happy I found this.

This is a nice-tasting, well-balanced tzatziki for vegans. It's amazing how "creamy" it is since it doesn't contain milk or eggs. Tastes good on a pita/sandwich or as a veggie dip. I would definitely recommend to vegan friends, but as a vegetarian, I prefer a nice greek yogurt base in tzatziki...which is also lower calorie than something with a good bit of sunflower oil in it like this. Lots of people will probably be nuts for this!

I can’t believe this tzatziki is vegan! It tastes just like the traditional tzatziki I’ve had. I like whenever I can find a yummy product that also makes me feel good about its ingredients (I’m not vegan, but try to be as much as possible). Whenever #quarantinelife is over and we can see people again, I want to put this on a cheese/charcuterie/crudite plate, along with the Fabalish Falafel and Smoked Spices sauce.

This sauce reminds me of the yogurt sauce my mom would make with a Turkish meatballs, but it’s vegan! The cucumber and dill make for a perfect light sauce. Although it’s a vegan product, it pairs super well with spiced burgers/meatballs if you eat meat. If not it’s ideal for dipping veggies or on a veggie sandwich. Truly cannot believe it’s dairy free.

This sauce is amazing! It is my second time getting it. The first was so good that I had to order another. This tine when I ordered it, the bottle broke, which was not the shippers fault, but when I contacted them about it, they replaced it so fast! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

This sauce wasn't for me . . . because I am not a huge fan of Tzatziki. Not thinking I purchased the two sauces available by the brand along with the Falafel to try them. This Tzatziki is vegan unlike traditional Tzatziki though, so I gave the sauce to my Vegan neighbor who was more than happy to take it off my hands. He stopped me to tell me he really liked it.

I just ordered this along with the falafel and I'm perplexed at the genius! I tried this back in NYC and was so excited to get some while here in CA. I look forward to trying this out with more things -- perhaps fried zucchini or since I'm not vegan -- some grilled fish? :)
