The edge started coming apart after 1 wash in hand wash cycle. Claims it is machine washable but are not. I bought 8 and several are doing this within a week. The edge wasn’t sewn well. The stitching is coming apart on several placemats. The other edge frays also.

Very prominent tags on the side that has the darker color (more than likely the side people will want to use). Funny these tags are nowhere to be found in the picture they show you.You cannot pull them off, they are not meant to tear away like they should be. No matter how carefully you attempt to tear them off, you rip the threads of the stitching. If you cut them off, you can see that a tag was there.Not sure how much I like these. $22 is questionable for what you get quality wise. I ordered them las minute; guess I am stuck with them. I need to use them now. :-(

These are casual, sturdy placemats. They are heavier and thicker than linen or plastic. Folded in half, they are ok to set down a hot pan. I haven’t tried them unfolded. I love how they are reversible. I’ve washed them twice and there was shrinkage in one, but I don’t mind. I hang mine to dry and they really don’t wrinkle. I’m glad I bought them!

Perfect for my bar! Color is exactly what I wanted and it's good quality. I will be buying the matching placemats for my dining table which is close by.

Theses are large, soft and very nice. The cotton material is thick and I’m sure they will wash easily - but shouldn’t go in the dryer to retain size and shape. I was very happy to see they’re also reverse-able with a light and dark side, I just have to cut off the tag.

Returning because of the pulled threads and the stitching. The bottom color isn't bad, but the top color has too much white threads in it. I wanted a BLUE set and a BROWN set.. not some muddy white color.

The ribbed design makes it hard to see any wrinkles. The material seems thick enough to be durable. It looks great on my island. If you cut the tag off of it, you can use the light or dark gray side.I prefer the darker grade in my kitchen, but it is nice to have options.

I chose these to match a dark gray and red print tablecloth, and they're perfect. I also got the runner for my buffet. I had been looking for quite some time for just the right pattern to play up the colors in the tablecloth. The fact that these are reversible is a bonus.
