Sounds Great
Received and unpacked today, just did my first trial recording, and I am very happy with this microphone. I connected it to the USB port on my Bronze-Age (2012) Mac Mini, and ran Stone-Age GarageBand 6.0.5, and they recognized this mic with no compatibility problems at all. I did some test recording of acoustic guitar, and the recordings sound fantastic. The package included the USB cable (6'), and a nice little tripod desk stand. The mic itself feels very solid and well-built. Very happy with this microphone, especially considering that I got a very good price with some special Amazon deal.

SO GOOD!
For the price this has a great sound, it's able to pick up my voice and my guitar incredibly... I can hear sounds from across the street!

A great sound at a good price
The sound quality on this microphone is excellent for the price. I use it for Adobe Audition projects at school, and it sounds amazing. I won't pretend to be an expert, and I know it's not as customizable as some, but for a plug and play USB mic in the $50-$100 range, which is exactly what I was looking for, this mic is pretty hard to beat.

Only works with and adapter when used on an 2020 MacBook pro, not USB c to C! OK otherwise
I like this microphone and its sound. I was very frustrated when I found that it only works with an adapter to make it go from old USB to C. That is why I have docked it a star. I have tested it at home and will put it to a proper test when using it from church tomorrow hen I use it for a zoom service. The build seems solid and good. The mini mike stand is very modest and will out it on a proper stand tomorrow. All in all it is value for money except for the quirky need to use an adapter. I used this mike for our church service and was very impressed with its performance. It is crisp, easy to mute and adjust volume. All in all a great mike for a modest system. I am still bugged by its inability to use a c to c type cable.

Great Mic
Great mic for the money. Does everything I need it to do. Got it for singing and recording songs. Works great. Would definitely recommend.

Searching for a microphone but didn't want to spend too much on it, then found the MACKIE EM-USB. Great value. (£51 at the time). Well built. Mute button with led indicator. Mic gain + headphone volume level control. Cable.(+) Stand (+++). Following some testing, very good mic and headphone audio quality for the price.

This mic sounds great. It feels very well built and has a headphone and mic volume knob right on the mic itself which i think is fantastic. Over all very happy with this purchase.

Beat Mic For Beginner

I have been using the RODE NT USB for voice-over work and vocals for the last year or so. Thought I'd try this Mackie EM-USB at £56 and the quality is excellent. It sounds much fuller than the RODE, especially on the lower end. Highly recommend
