Value, power, and quality
I have an Apple M model and needed Windows machine to accommodate some business download apps. I asked AI as to what PC I should buy. It highlighted the fact that for the heavy power Apple I have I don’t need a high end Mini PC and further suggested to look at refurbished high end corporate retired machines. That is how I got here. This is value, quality, power, and high end brand in one. Buy it while they last and you will not regret it.

Good setup
Easy to setup. I use it for one of my laser setups in my shop due to it needing at least an i5 processor and a minimum of 8 gigs of ram. I’ve had no issues running it with this computer.

Good machine but limited ssd space
I was disappointed that it did not have provision for a second ssd drive, however since I already had a 1 TB usb3 drive it has worked out well for me. I really like the compact size, no fans and Windows 11. Price was unbeatable.

Perfect mini PC
Love this! Its fast & very compact. Actually smaller than I anticipated which was great

No better option for the price
This is an excellent device. I paid $275 for it refurbished and there is nothing else equivalent or better in terms of performance on Amazon for this price at the time of writing. The device works perfectly, is small, is fast, and has a lot of ports. It does not get hot. To my surprised it came with a decent keyboard, a wireless mouse, a WiFi dongle, and a DisplayPort 1.2 to RGB adapter. None of this was mentioned in the description. As customary the first thing I did was remove Windows and install Ubuntu which worked great. Only complaint is that I could not buy it without Windows and I hate to pay the Microsoft tax while I do not need anything from them. Also I had to order separately a DP1.2 to HDMI cable (for $9) because using the provided adapter in serial with an RGB to HDMI adapter did not work. The provided adapter worked great with an RGB monitor but nobody uses RGB any more.

This item was terrible and never worked at all according to the computer person I hired to hook the computer up. They said it was as if it did not have a motherboard attached.

Good for price and usage
i5 for the win! It's still soo much faster than many other CPUs in NUCs, mini-PCs. Note that the SSD is SATA, not PCIe, which is what was listed. SATA is a lot slower than PCIe. This is a great unit for run content filtering for a LAN. I'm running Adguard Home on Windows 11 and point my router to the mini's IP address for DNS. This NUC does all the processing and saves me from having to run it on the router, which is already running VPN clients and a VPN server.
