I have a few Asian voice students who appreciate this book. The arrangements are sensitive and pleasing. My only wish that the authors could really work on adding foreign texts to songs, most of them are in English only.

Beautiful arrangements with super accessible accompaniments. My students love these. I work with a lot of students from China and they recognize many of the melodies and were able to translate the transliterated Chinese (and Japanese!) And the English offered is spot on.Melodic lines are perfect for beginning bel canto, breath support, gentle range expansion, etc.

Lots of my kids study Chinese. Great songs for the vocal student.
