Impressed with this company and how they present their excellent oils, the sandalwood is perfect and has the full body of aroma that many at even a higher prices don't have. Have brought a few different scents now and have found them all to be excellent, love the dropper as well, makes life a little easier. nicely packed and presented should you wish to gift it.

Snatched this for my diffuser—just to freshen up the flat and give things a minty boost. The bottle’s a solid amber glass with a dropper, so it feels high-quality and keeps the scent intact. The aroma is crisp and minty, but subtle—not like candy or play‑doh. It disperses nicely, leaving the room feeling clean rather than overly fragrant. That said, a few users noted inconsistency in batch scent—some batches smelled a little off, even chemical—which raises one eyebrow.

I bought the Jasmine fragrance. It arrived in a lovely box with a dropper or a bottle pourer. What can I say about this beautiful fragrance. My home smells amazing and it lingers. It only arrived yesterday after ordering it a couple days before. A friend popped round and said Woe your home smell gorgeous what is it. So my diffuser is going to be on every day now and I’m going to be ordering different fragrances

Received mine today. What prompted me to get it was because i had the set of 20x5ml. And the patchouli smells unbelievable everyone pays compliment to how nice it smells. So thought i would purchase the same brand in a 30ml bottle and it does not smell the same at all. It is hard to describe but the only way i can describe it is. Old. Fusty and a lot weaker it has the patchouli fragrance but a strong damp fusty smell to it as well.

Really impressed with this oil. Having a dropper makes application really easy on my aroma stone flower diffuser and I’ve also added some drops to my reed diffusers when they need a scent boost. The scent is strong and long lasting. It’s what I’d describe as a deeper sandalwood rose, which is what I wanted, rather than a “garden” rose scent.

As a qualified aromatherapist for over 30 years I am very familiar with Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) essential oil. As a natural product there is always variation between harvest, country of origin, etc., but Patchouli essential oil is consistently a thick oil (often requiring gentle warming to drop out of the bottle), deep yellow or orange in colour with a rich, earthy, musky scent. It is an amazing base oil. The Mayjam description of this oil states it is pure, undiluted Pogostemon cablin essential oil, amber or dark orange in colour. The only listed ingredient in the description and on the box is "Patchouli". The oil I received was thin (like water), virtually colourless and completely unsuitable for the intended purpose. It may be a hydrolat, but is most definitely not pure undiluted essential oil. When I purchased this item I was aware it was significantly cheaper than other brands on Amazon but I was in desperate need of it the following day and decided to take a punt on an unfamiliar to me brand. My mistake! I am returning my opened bottle in the hope of a refund. I cannot use this oil in my aromatherapy practice and would not even use it in a diffuser.

Scharfer, säureartiger Geruch. Definitiv muss man so etwas nicht haben. Mit viel Phantasie könnte der Geruch an Ylang Ylang erinnern. Die Flasche wurde sofort entsorgt.

Die Flasche kommt mit einem dichten Verschluß und einer Pipette an. Diese wird dann eingesetzt, damit die Dosierung gelingt. Leider liefert Amazon das nur nach Hause und nicht in eine Packstation (die Angst vor dem Auslaufen und den Geruchsfolgen ist wahrscheinlich groß). Kaufgrund und Erfahrung: Wir haben viele brütende Vögel im Garten gehabt (relativ hohe Zäune drumherum). Wenn man die Entwicklung beobachtet, dann eine Katze sieht, diese vertreibt, dann ist das mehr als lästig. Leider haben unsere "tierfreundlichen" Nachbarn für deren Katzen Laufbretter installiert und verzichten auf das beliebte Glöckchen, so dass diese über die Zäune kommen können. Die Zaunvariante hilft somit nur bedingt. Neben technischen Methoden (Katzenschreck) kam jetzt noch die Geruchsmethode dazu. Im Ergebnis dieser Mischung (technik+geruch) war keine Katze bei den brütenden und schlüpfenden Vögeln. Da die akustische Variante nur den Garten(boden) (als Bewegungsmelder) selber abdeckt, gehe ich davon aus, dass der Geruch den Rest erledigt hat. Allerdings habe ich auch in zwei Wochen ein halbes Fläschchen verballert (anders kann man es leider nicht sagen). Der Geruch ist für Menschen angenehm und auch in hoher Dosis noch relativ angenehm. Einzig die Finger sollte man sich mit viel Wasser immer abwaschen, da diese sonst länger riechen könnten. (Es geht immer etwas daneben, wenn in Masse damit gearbeitet wird.)
