The best filters. They are expensive, but work so much better than the cheaper alternatives. They last a long time and are easy to use. Just vacuum them off between replacements. My last ones worked well, with good maintenance, for a year

It seems all the Medify equipment is now Amazon Fulfilled, and this is good. My original order was apparently from Medify directly. It was May 17. They charged before shipping. They didn't ship anything for 3 weeks. Then they shipped one of three items (MA-25 delivered June 8), but asserted they were all delivered. They refunded the correct amount after I complained, but after a half-dozen communications to them, it wasn't until I reordered the missing equipment through Amazon Fulfillment that my order was completed—on July 31st. So: their equipment may do exactly what they claim—I haven't the expertise or lab equipment to verify that, though it certainly is quiet in operation—but their business people couldn't find their butt with both hands. Their self-induced confusions cost me hours of emails, aggravations, and disturbed sleep (they originally asserted that a signature would be required for delivery, so I changed my sleep cycle to be awake for their arrival, though they persisted in not arriving). Do not order directly from them ever.

These are the good filters. If you've got the medify air purifier, get these. Expensive, but worth the money.

We have bad allergy issues with dust, pollen especially going into the spring, summer months. This air filter has worked really well. These are the replacement filter which we change every 6 month. Expensive; but, no more than all the allergy pills we were consuming. The machine, filters have really helped. Added benefit; there is much less dust on our furniture.

Be careful when you order these. The ad shows 2 sets of filters and it isn't 2 sets, but 1. Unless you read deep into the description it can be a surprise! Really not good. Also, reading deeper, it says they are USED????? wtf We received this purifier as a gift as we do have a dust problem in our home, as well as some pretty bad allergies. Although this system works fairly well, the replacement filters, which last only 5 months and cannot be cleaned, are simply to cost prohibitive for us. We simply cannot afford to pay this much every 5 months, period! The replacement filters after 10 months, cost as much as new purifiers that are highly rated. So, we will either try to find good aftermarket filters for this system or give it to someone that doesn't have a problem with the cost of ownership. This company would do well to make ownership more reasonable. The purifier itself is expensive, and having to replace these filters every 5 months at $150 each is just over the top and not feasible for us.
